Delete Outdated Templates

If you have outdated templates in Wabo.ai that are no longer needed, you can either delete or deactivate them. Here’s how you can manage these templates:

1. Go to the Template Module

• Log in to your Wabo.ai account.

• Navigate to the Template module, where all your WhatsApp templates are listed.

2. Find the Template to Delete

• Browse through the list or use the search bar to locate the outdated template you wish to remove or deactivate.

3. Delete a Template

• Click on the Delete Icon: Once you find the template, you will see a delete icon (trash can) next to it.

• Confirm Deletion: Click the icon, and a confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm that you want to delete the template.

• Template Deletion: The template will be permanently deleted and can no longer be used or restored.

4. Confirm Changes

• Once deleted or deactivated, the template will no longer appear in the list of active templates available for broadcasts.

By deleting or deactivating outdated templates, you can keep your template library organized and ensure that only relevant templates are available for future use.
