Create Lifecycle Stages

Lifecycle stages help track the progress of leads or contacts throughout various stages in the customer journey, from prospect to conversion.

Here's how to create and manage lifecycle stages in Wabo.ai: 

1. Access Settings

• Click on your Profile Name located at the top right corner of the screen.

• Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to Data Management

• In the Settings menu, go to the Data Management section.

3. Select Lifecycle Stages

• Find the Lifecycle Stages section.

4. Add New Stages

• Click on the Add Stages button.

5. Configure Lifecycle Stages

• Lifecycle Stage Name: Enter the name for the new lifecycle stage.

• Sub Stages: If applicable, add any sub-stages related to the main lifecycle stage.

6. Save Changes

• Once you have filled in the necessary information, click the Save button to create the lifecycle stages.
