Test a WhatsApp Flow

To ensure your WhatsApp Flow works as expected, follow these steps to test it before making it live. Testing helps you verify the flow's functionality with a real user experience.

Steps to Test a WhatsApp Flow:

1. Go to WhatsApp Flow Module

   • Navigate to the WhatsApp Flow section.

2. Create or Edit an Existing Flow

   • Either create a new flow or select an existing one to edit.

3. Customize the Content

   • Make sure all form fields, messages, and connections are set up correctly.

4. Review All Steps

   • Go through the entire flow and ensure everything is configured properly.

5. Click on the Test Template Button

   • On the right side above, you'll see the Test Template button. Click on it.

6. Enter Recipient Number

   • Input the phone number where you'd like to test the flow.

Note:

• Test the flow by sending it to your phone number. Keep in mind that the message will be subject to limits and pricing.
• Make sure you are within the 24-hour customer service window to receive the message.

7. Click on Send
   • Once the recipient number is entered, click Send to test the flow.
