Manage/Update lifecycle

Lifecycle stages help track the progress and engagement level of your contacts. Wabo.ai allows you to easily update and manage lifecycle stages for individual or multiple contacts. Follow the guide below to learn how to manage lifecycle stages efficiently.

Steps to Update Lifecycle Stage for a Single Contact-

1. Go to the Contact Module

   • Navigate to the Contact Module on the dashboard where all your contact logs are displayed.

2. Hover Over a Specific Contact

   • Hover your mouse over the contact whose lifecycle stage you want to update. Three icons will appear:
     • WhatsApp icon (for sending messages)
     • Change Lifecycle Stage icon (for updating lifecycle stage)
     • Three-dot icon (for more actions)

3. Click on the Change Lifecycle Stage Icon

   • Select the Change Lifecycle Stage icon. A window will open where you can update the contact's lifecycle stage, lifecycle status, and add notes.

4. Set Lifecycle Stage and Status

   • Choose the appropriate Lifecycle Stage, Lifecycle Status, and add any relevant notes.

5. Click on Update Status

   • After setting the values, click Update Status to save the changes.

Alternate Method to Update Lifecycle Stage-

1. Select and Open the Contact

   • Click on the contact whose lifecycle stage you want to update to view the contact's full details.

2. Locate the Add Tags Section

   • In the contact’s detailed view, find the Add Tags section.

3. Edit Lifecycle Stage

   • Click on the pen icon beside the Add Tags section. A window will appear to edit the Lifecycle Stage and Lifecycle Status.

4. Set Lifecycle Stage and Status

   • Select the desired Lifecycle Stage and Lifecycle Status, then click Save.

Steps to Bulk Update Lifecycle Stage for Multiple Contacts-

1. Select Contacts to Update

   • In the Contact Module, check the boxes in front of the contacts you want to update.

2. Click on the Update Button

   • After selecting multiple contacts, an Update button will appear at the top of the screen. Click on it.

3. Select Lifecycle Stage Property

   • From the dropdown menu, select Lifecycle Stage as the property to update.

4. Set Lifecycle Stage and Status

   • Set the Lifecycle Stage and Lifecycle Status for the selected contacts.

5. Save Changes

   • Click Save to apply the updates to all selected contacts.
