How to Create a Contact Form in Wabo.ai

A well-structured contact form helps you manage customer data efficiently in Wabo.ai. Follow this step-by-step guide to create and customize a contact form based on your business needs.

Step 1: Access Settings

  1. Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Navigate to the Data Management section.

Step 2: Customize Contact Properties

  1. Click on Contact Properties to manage or modify existing contact fields.

  2. To add a new field, click on the ‘Custom Field’ button at the top.

Step 3: Add a New Custom Field

  1. Choose the Custom Field Type (e.g., Text, Email, Number).

  2. Assign a Label or Name for easy identification.

  3. Customize the field properties:
    Mark as Required – Ensure this field must be filled when adding a contact.
    Mark as Read-Only – Prevent users from editing the field after creation.
    Enable Show in Contact Form – Make this field visible when adding a new contact.

  4. Add additional details like tooltip and placeholder text (optional).

  5. Click Save to finalize the new field.
