Edit/Update or Delete an Automation Journey

Editing or deleting automations allows you to keep your workflows up to date or remove outdated ones. It helps in refining processes and ensuring the correct automation is in place, improving campaign accuracy and efficiency. 

Steps to Edit/Update or Delete an Automation Journey:

1. Navigate to the Automation Module

   • Go to the Automation Module from the left sidebar.

2. View the List of Automation Journeys

   • The automation journey log page will display all your created automations.

3. Select the Automation Journey

   • Find the automation you want to edit or delete, then click on the Action icon (three dots) beside it.

4. Choose to Edit or Delete

   • Edit: Select the "Edit" option to update the automation’s name, triggers, or steps, then save your changes.
   • Delete: Select the "Delete" option to remove the automation. Confirm the deletion by clicking "Yes" on the prompt.

Following these steps allows you to easily manage and update your automation journeys, ensuring they remain relevant and effective for your campaigns.
