Create Quick Replies
Quick replies, or canned responses, allow agents to send predefined messages during chats, improving response time for frequently asked questions. You can easily create and manage quick replies in Wabo.
Steps to Create Quick Replies:

Go to Your Profile
- Click on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

Access Settings
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Navigate to Chat Settings
- In the settings menu, click on Chat Settings.

Click on Quick Replies
- Within Chat Settings, select the Quick Replies option.

Add a Short Code and Response
- Click the Add Replies button to create a new quick reply.
- Enter a Short Code (e.g., "/thanks") and the corresponding Response (e.g., "Thank you for reaching out!").

Save the Quick Reply
- After entering the details, click Save to store the quick reply for future use.
Now, agents can use the short code during chats to quickly send predefined messages, enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in responses.
