Create an Automation
Automation in the WhatsApp Engagement Tool allows you to create workflows or "journeys" that automatically guide contacts through a series of steps based on their actions, status, or responses. This feature helps in automating communication, customer follow-ups, marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, contact updation, and marketing list updations.
Steps to Create an Automation:

Navigate to Automation Module
- Navigate to Automation Module. The Automation Journey log page will open.

Click on Create Automation
- You'll find the "Create Automation" button on the top-right side of the page.

Enter Automation Name
- Choose a name that reflects the automation's purpose, such as "ProductX Enthusiasts" if it's based on a product category.

Save the Automation
- After entering the name, click "Save" to finalize the creation of your automation.
It helps in managing and targeting customers with specific criteria, saving time and improving engagement with personalized actions.
