Activate or Deactivate an Automation Journey

 

You can activate or deactivate an automation journey to control when it runs. This feature helps you manage your campaigns efficiently.

Steps to Activate or Deactivate an Automation Journey:

  1. Navigate to the Automation Module:

    • Go to the Automation Module from the left sidebar.

  2. View the List of Automation Journeys:

    • The Automation Journey log page will show a list of all your automation journeys.

  3. Toggle the Journey Status:

    • In the Status column, locate the toggle button beside each journey.
    • To Activate: Switch the toggle to the "on" position.
    • To Deactivate: Switch the toggle to the "off" position.

This allows you to control whether the automation journey is active or inactive.
