Check Reports of a Broadcast

To check reports of a broadcast in Wabo, go to the Broadcast module and select the specific broadcast whose report you want to view. You can see key metrics like the Total Messages Sent, Delivered, Read, and Failed statuses. This helps you analyze the performance of your broadcast, allowing you to assess the reach and effectiveness of your campaign. 

Steps to Check Reports of a Broadcast:

1. Go to the Broadcasting Module

   • Log in to Wabo.ai and navigate to the Broadcasting module.

   • You'll see the Broadcasting History with a list of all past broadcasts.

2. Select a Broadcast

   • Click on the broadcast you want to check.

3. View Reports

   • Two pages will appear:

• • • Overview: Displays key metrics like Costs, Statistics (Sent, Delivered, Seen, Replied, Failed), Sender Number, Template Name, and Template Type.

    • Logs: Shows detailed WhatsApp Broadcast Logs, providing specific information about each message and its status.

Reports are essential for making informed decisions on future broadcasts.
