Add/Remove Tags from Contacts
This feature allows users to categorize and organize contacts by assigning specific tags or labels. Tags are useful for filtering and segmenting contacts based on criteria like interests, status, or interactions, making it easier to manage communication and marketing efforts. Removing tags helps keep the contact list updated and relevant.
How Do I Add or Remove Tags from a Contact in Wabo?
To add or remove tags from an individual contact, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Contact Module:

On the left-hand side, go to the Contact Module and select Contact.

Select a Contact to Edit:

Click on the contact you wish to update.

Access the Add Tags Section:

You will be directed to the contact's full details.

Add or Remove Tags:

In the Add Tags section, click on the Pen icon (edit icon).

To add tags, type in the relevant tag(s) and save.

To remove tags, delete the existing tags you no longer need and save.

Your changes will be applied, and the contact's tags will be updated accordingly.
