Auto Assignment Rules
Assignment Rules help automate the task allocation process, ensuring that leads and contacts are distributed efficiently among team members. This not only saves time but also ensures that no lead is left unattended.
Steps to Set Up Assignment Rules in Wabo.ai:

Access Settings:
- Click on your Profile Name at the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Automation:
- In the Settings menu, select Automation.
- Click on Auto Assignment Rules.

Create a New Rule:
- Click the Create Rule button at the top-right corner.
- Enter the rule name and description.

Select Event Trigger:
- Choose a radio button to define the trigger for the rule:
- Contact added
- Contact updated
- Added or updated
- Choose a radio button to define the trigger for the rule:

Add Conditions:
- Click on Add Condition and set contact property conditions (e.g., Email, City, Phone Number).
- Define conditions such as is, is not, empty, not empty, etc. using And/Or logic.

Assign Users:
- After adding conditions, select the user(s) to whom the tasks will be auto-assigned using a round-robin method.
- You can assign multiple users to the rule.

Save or Activate:
- After configuring the rule, click Save or Save and Activate to implement it.
This ensures efficient task assignment, minimizing manual effort while maintaining a well-balanced workflow among team members.
